TONY BENNETT-LADY GAGA WILL HEADLINE AT PLANET HOLLYWOOD!

The incredible duo Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga will return to Las Vegas and perform at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Friday and Saturday, April 10-11 at 7:30 p.m. Bennett and Gaga initially opened their Cheek To Cheek tour in Las Vegas at two sold out shows on Dec. 30-31, 2014. They released their “Cheek To Cheek” album last September and won a Grammy for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album at the 57th annual show last month. Bennett remains the oldest artist in music industry history to have an album on the No. 1 spot on the Billboard charts. Their Las Vegas performances will be accompanied by a big band along with each artist's jazz ensembles who will also serve as special guests for the evening. Tickets range from $69-$250.

MILEY CYRUS AND BALL BECOME NEWEST MADAME TUSSAUDS' FIGURE

On March 9, Madame Tussauds will debut its Miley Cyrus wax figure on a wrecking ball suspended from a 130-foot-high, 90-ton crane in front of The Venetian® on the Doge's Palace canal bridge. Together standing 10 feet tall, the figure and the ball weigh more than 200 pounds with a 30-foot long chain. The figure and ball took more than six months to create with a team of 20 dedicated artists.Following the unveiling, Cyrus' figure will be permanently installed into the attraction's Music Room.

CELEBRITY CARS MOVES TO NEW LARGER LOCATION

Celebrity Cars Las Vegas has expanded to a new showroom at 7770 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 301, just off the I-15 with double the square footage and ample space for special events. The new 20,000-square-foot showroom houses nearly 80 cars, trucks and motorcycles. Inventory includes classic cars, powerful muscle cars, exotic sports cars, classic cruisers, custom sports bikes, luxury SUVs and large trucks.

The sleek showroom interior is complemented by vaulted industrial black ceilings, raised platforms to showcase inventory, and a full-service bar ideal to hold special events. The new location has an outdoor lot that can accommodate up to 200 cars for events and car shows.

ANDIRON STEAK & SEA OPENS IN DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN

Acclaimed husband and wife restaurateurs Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla, who own Honey Salt, Made L.V., and Buddy V's Ristorante, will open their newest fine dining restaurant Andiron Steak & Sea in the new Downtown Summerlin district on Tuesday, March 10. Andiron combines Blau's East Coast design influence with Chef Canteenwalla's bright and modern takes on traditional steakhouse fare. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday with dinner nightly.

The interior is reminiscent of a Hamptons cottage on a grand scale. The elegant yet comfortable space combines a rich navy and cream palette brightened with Blau's signature splashes of color. The expansive main dining room features washed woods, floor-to-ceiling plantation shutters and a glass walled demonstration kitchen. The massive bar and patio encourage late night lingering or après shopping cocktails while the private dining area is an ideal setting for special occasions or business functions.

Singer-songwriter and champion Team Roper, Chadwick Johnson will perform his “Golden Concert” Wednesday, March 18 at 8 p.m. at the Italian American Club with special guest Naomi Mauro. A donation of $20 is requested. Johnson appears all over Las Vegas. Some upcoming gigs include the Lift Bar at Aria at 11 p.m. April 13 and 18, and the Label at The Palazzo at 9 p.m. on March 23.

DOWNTOWN GRAND WELCOMES LEGENDARY COMEDIAN MARTY ALLEN

Downtown Grand will present a special engagement with legendary comedian Marty Allen, age 92, performing at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, March 22-23 inside The Grand Parlor. Limited to 100 guests per performance, tickets are $50, which includes $50 in free casino play per ticket, and can be purchased at Player Services. Following the show will be a meet and greet with Marty Allen in the casino, where he will be autograph signing his new book, “Hello Dere,” an autobiography about his remarkable 70-year career in showbiz.

Deana Martin will return to the South Point May 29-31.This time around, she will call her show “Deana Martin's Big Band Swing.” Her 18-piece band will be led by Rick Krive.

Legends in Concert at the Flamingo is taking a trip back in time to 1983 when ticket prices were $9.95. The show's new discount for locals with a valid Nevada ID during March and April is up to six show tickets for $9.95 each.

On Saturday, March 21 from 6-8 p.m., Bill Fayne and company will honor composer Stephen Sondheim's 85th birthday at 6 p.m. at Ron DeCar's Event Center. By “company,” Fayne means 25 great singers including James Allen, Brandon Burk, Adriana Lomysh Campell, Marcia Cope-Hart, Rita Davidsen, Joy Demain, George DeMott, Ayler Evan, Bruce Ewing, HayleyAnn Hart, Laurina Hendricksen, Sandra Huntsman, Jay Joseph, Anne Martinez, Karen Merstik-Michaels, Pat Newell, Vivien Rothwell, Niki Scalera, Tina Walsh, Kelly Ward, Dia Webb, Kellie Wright, Jessica Vanek, Marco Varela. Downtown Grand has the comedy production, “Grand Laughs,” performing Thursday evenings at the Mob Bar with a rotating roster of coming comedians.

Dennis Bono is celebrating 15 years of broadcasting his weekly national variety radio show, “The Dennis Bono Show from Las Vegas.” The show currently at the South Point airs over 30 radio stations and is recorded before a live audience every Thursday at 2 p.m. in the resort's showroom. Complimentary tickets are available Wednesday and Thursdays at the Showroom Box Office.

Stylish BLVD. Cocktail Company lounge at The LINQ will start “Jazz Night” every Tuesday from 8 p.m. to midnight. Talent will feature local favorite Modern Jazz Assembly (MGA) known for legendary instrumentalists, both on stage and in the studio. POOLSIDE AT ALIANTE LAUNCHES MONTHLY JAZZ SERIES

The Deck at Aliante will open for the season on Monday, March 23 and launch monthly Poolside Jazz Under the Stars concerts on Thursday, April 30. Tickets for the 7 p.m. performances are $15. The Thursday lineups include: Brian Simpson April 30; Patrick Lamb May 28; Alex Bugnon June 25; Lao Tizer with Chieli Minucci July 30; Vincent Ingala Aug. 27; and Marcus Anderson Sept. 24.

The Deck will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 23 through May 24 and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. the remainder of the season. Admission is waived for non-guests with purchase of a daybed, cabana, or 50-minute minimum spa treatment. Military veterans and Sun City residents receive a 10 percent discount for day-passes.

The Riviera will celebrate its historic Diamond Jubilee Anniversary – 60 years on the Las Vegas Strip throughout the month of April with more than $500,000 in cash prizes being given away in the Classic Cash Giveaway. The iconic property will close its doors at noon on Monday, May 4, 2015.

A world-class doubleheader, featuring featherweight world champion Jhonny Gonzalez defending his 126-pound title against young star Gary Russell Jr. in the main event on Showtime Championship Boxing, will take place at The Pearl at the Palms on Saturday, March 28, and air live on Showtime (10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT). A New Vista Event - Brew's Best Hand-Crafted Beer Festival by local and reginal breweries will be held Saturday March 14 at Town Square from 1-6 p.m.

Maverick Helicopters has re-signed a multi-year contract with Las Vegas Motor Speedway to continue as the exclusive helicopter operator for events at the complex including NASCAR and Electric Daisy Carnival Weekends. Maverick Helicopters will manage the heliport and work with the speedway and its entities to transfer guests and celebrities to events.

Henderson's Crazy Spokes is scheduled for 9 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday, April 11 at Mission Hills Park, 551 E. Mission Dr. Activities include 10 a.m. 25-mile organized bike ride, 10:30 a.m. 6-mile family fun ride, and 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. festival focused on fitness. CBS SPORTS NETWORK-ESPN WILL TELEVISE SEVEN OUTLAWS GAMES

This year, the Arena Football League (AFL) has two major television deals to broadcast Arena Football games live nationally. CBS Sports Network and ESPN are set to air a combined 31 games including the regular season, quarterfinals, conference championships and Arena Bowl XXVIII on Aug. 29, with seven of those dedicated to Las Vegas Outlaws competitions. Owned by Vince Neil, lead singer of Motley Crüe, the Outlaws inaugural season and first game vs. the San Jose SaberCats is Monday, March 30 at UNLV's Thomas and Mack Center.

VEGAS AFTER DARK TOURS START WITH ST. PAT'S PARTY BUS PUB CRAWL

MOB MUSEUM DOWNTOWN OFFERS SPECIAL TOUR AND PROGRAMS

For Women's History Month in March, The Mob Museum is offering two special guided tours exploring the theme of “Women in Organized Crime and Law Enforcement” on Saturdays, March 7 and March 21 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. From Mob boss to prosecutor, from partner to victim, women have played countless pivotal roles throughout Mob history.The price is $10, in addition to the regular cost of museum admission.

The murder of famous mobster Bugsy Siegelon June 20, 1947, remains one of organized crime's most notorious assassinations. His story will be explored during “Who Killed Bugsy Siegel?” the next installment in The Mob Museum's Courtroom Conversation series, to be held Tuesday, March 24 at 7 p.m. A panel of experts, including The Mob Museum Director of Content Geoff Schumacher, historian/filmmaker Warren Hull and author Larry Gragg will explore scenarios and motives behind Siegel's death. Preceding the discussion, Gragg will give a short talk about his new book, “Benjamin Bugsy Siegel: the Gangster, the Flamingo and the Making of Modern Las Vegas.” Tickets are $25 and museum members receive a 10 percent discount, call 702-229-2734.

NEON MUSEUM HOLDS EVENTS FOR CHILDREN

The Neon Museum will host Aladdin's March Magic on Saturday, March 14 from 5 to 7 p.m. The event is designed for preschoolers through third graders and costs $5. Event includes the “Genie” performing a dramatic reading of the traditional version of the Aladdin folktale in the Boneyard Park, making a magic “flying carpet” with paper and markers, a search for Aladdin's lamp, and learning some magic tricks themselves.

On Thursday, April 2, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., the Neon Museum downtown will host a family fun event, “Drawing History in 3D” recommended for kindergartners through sixth graders accompanied by an adult. Children will learn how to draw their own 3D/anaglyph sign based on historic signs in the Neon Museum's collection and will fabricate their own pair of 3D glasses to view their sign. HARD ROCK CAFE HOLDS INSTRUMENT DRIVE FOR LOCAL SCHOOLS

This March, in honor of Music in our Schools Month, Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas teams up with Communities In Schools of Nevada (CIS of Nevada) to host a month-long instrument drive and fundraiser in support of local students and music programs across the valley. Folks are encouraged to donate a new or gently used instrument and receive 20 percent off their total check that day at either of two locations.
