GRACELAND PRESENTS ELVIS EXHIBITION-EXPERIENCE AT WESTGATE!

“Graceland Presents ELVIS: The Exhibition - The Show - The Experience” will debut all components on April 23 at Westgate Las Vegas that will include an expansive, new permanent exhibition featuring hundreds of artifacts never before displayed outside of Graceland and live entertainment shows celebrate Elvis' life and legacy. Graceland Holdings LLC Managing Partner Joel Weinshanker and Westgate Resorts CEO David Siegel made the announcement at a press conference held on the 46th anniversary of Elvis' first press event at the construction site of the same venue, then known as the International Hotel, where Elvis performed more than 600 record-breaking, sold-out shows.

The first-ever permanent Graceland exhibition outside of Memphis will encompass over 28,000 square feet and include hundreds of artifacts from the Presley family's treasured Graceland Archives including the first outfit worn on stage for his first concert at the International Hotel in 1969. Graceland-produced videos will immerse guests in the experience, concluding with a 26-minute retrospective film featuring Elvis' greatest performances. The exhibition will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are $22.

The newly renamed and renovated Elvis Presley International Showroom will present Elvis-themed live shows for limited engagement runs on the very stage where Elvis performed from 1969 through 1976. The debut show will be “The Elvis Experience,” a large-scale production replicating one of Elvis' legendary Las Vegas shows, starring actor Martin Fontaine and featuring 24 musicians and eight choir members portraying the original musicians and artists on stage with Elvis. The show will perform Tuesday-Saturday. Tickets start at $49 plus taxes and fees.

Another feature will be the new Elvis Presley's Graceland Wedding Chapel, which will be the first wedding chapel in Las Vegas operated by Elvis Presley Enterprises.

The grand opening April 23 will be a star-studded celebration with Priscilla Presley joining the roster of VIPs and celebrities on the red carpet.

JUSTIN BIEBER CELEBRATES 21ST BIRTHDAY AT OMNIA NIGHTCLUB

OMNIA Nightclub at Caesars Palace will welcome Justin Bieber for his landmark 21st birthday celebration Saturday, March 14. Bieber will kick off the festivities with an all-night affair inside Heart of OMNIA during the opening weekend of Las Vegas' newest nightlife destination. The Main Club of OMNIA will feature a live performance from international DJ and producer Martin Garrix that same evening.

OMNIA is set to open its doors for the first time Friday, March 13.

VDARA DEBUTS VICE VERSA PATIO & LOUNGE

Vdara is introducing its new concept, VICE VERSA Patio & Lounge located in the lobby, which is the heart of this boutique property. VICE VERSA offers dual options such as classic or twisted cocktails, light or indulgent bites, as well as intimate indoor or outdoor patio settings complete with fire pits and cozy couches. There will be live entertainment by local musicians and performers on select dates and special weekends.

HISTORIC BUNKHOUSE SALOON DOWNTOWN HAS NEW LIFE

Corner Bar Management, the company behind Commonwealth and Park on Fremont, has partnered with Downtown Project to assume management and operations of The Bunkhouse Saloon, a live music venue, bar and restaurant with both weekly and monthly events at 124 South 11th Street.

The Bunkhouse established in 1953 has been a place to see both established and emerging bands. Purchased by Downtown Project in 2013, The Bunkhouse has been completely remodeled to combine its historic appeal with modern design. The venue has been expanded to 3,736 square feet and features a new stage and Midas and Meyer Sound System. An expansive patio adjacent to the venue lends itself to special events and open-air concerts.

Outside, a dozen headphones dangle from “The Listening Tree,” each playing a different genre of music allowing listeners to have their own silent disco. Adding to The Bunkhouse's rustic character is the feature of a 1950s Chevy pickup truck parked outside, featuring booths set up in the bed of the truck.

The Bunkhouse's extensive beer menu features throwback beers including Hamm's and Shiner Bock on tap and in cans. Hours are Sunday through Thursday 5 p.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.

LAZY DOG RESTAURANT & BAR HIRES FOR FIRST LAS VEGAS LOCATION

Located in Downtown Summerlin, Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is set to open this April marking the brand's first location outside of California. The family-owned and operated group of restaurants is known for its extensive menu featuring from-scratch comfort food, crave-able classics and globally-inspired dishes in addition to a well-crafted bar program all served with Lazy Dog's small-town hospitality. The first Lazy Dog restaurant opened in the Huntington Beach area in 2003. The restaurant will be open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

95.5 THE BULL'S 7TH ANNUAL ALL-STAR GUITAR PULL HELPS ST. JUDE'S

The 95.5 The Bull's 7th Annual All-Star Guitar Pull will be held at the Grand Events Center inside Green Valley Ranch Resort on Thursday, April 2 at 7 p.m. The lineup includes Montgomery Gentry, Josh Turner, Jana Kramer, Austin Webb, A Thousand Horses and Mo Pitney with a portion from all proceeds going directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Tickets are $29, $39, $49 and $59.

‘MARVEL UNIVERSE LIVE!’ INVADES THOMAS & MACK CENTER APRIL 23-26

“Marvel Universe LIVE!” is an action-packed arena extravaganza featuring favorite Marvel Super Heroes including Spider-Man, The Avengers (Iron Man, Black Widow, Hulk and more) and threatening villains coming to life at the Thomas & Mack Center April 23-26 for seven performances. OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN RELEASES ‘SUMMER NIGHTS - LIVE IN LAS VEGAS’

Four time Grammy Award winner Olivia Newton-John will release a two-CD, 22 song recording of her acclaimed concert “Summer Nights - Live in Las Vegas,” recorded live at Flamingo Las Vegas on March 3 to coincide with her return to the Flamingo for her 2015 concerts. This year also marks Newton-John's 50th year in entertainment. She has sold more than 100 million albums and her 1978 movie “Grease” with John Travolta remains the most successful movie musical of all time. Tickets for her 7:30 p.m. shows are $70, $110 and $150, plus a $350 meet and greet package.

JEFF ‘BIG DADDY’ WAYNE HEADLINES RIVIERA COMEDY CLUB

Jeff “Big Daddy” Wayne will be making his final performance at the Comedy Club at the Riviera stage March 9-15 as the hotel prepares for its closing and eventual implosion. A seasoned veteran of comedy clubs, concerts, luxury cruise ships, and television, Wayne is perhaps best known for his one-man show, “Big Daddy's Barbeque,” (Grilling Food, Sex and Marriage), which had its Las Vegas premiere a couple of months ago in the Starbright Theater in Summerlin. Originally, Wayne followed the one-man show, “Defending the Caveman,” for three years on the Improv Comedy Circuit, with the special “barbeque” show. If you listen to channels on Sirius/XM, Slacker, Pandora's Box, or other outlets broadcasting stand-up comedy, you have heard of Wayne. Shows are nightly at 8:30 and cost $29.99.

TASTE OF HOME COOKING SCHOOL PREPARES RECIPES AT SILVERTON

The Taste of Home Cooking School culinary specialist Eric Villegas will appear in the Veil Pavilion at Silverton on Tuesday, March 10 from 5-8 p.m. to share home cooking tips and tricks while demonstrating step-by-step recipes for the season's best dishes.

The Las Vegas Outlaws owned by superstar Vince Neil, lead singer of Motley Crue, will kick-off its inaugural football season Monday, March 30 at UNLV's Thomas and Mack Center. Excitement surrounds the fact that Tysson Poots who attended Coronado High School in Henderson has signed with the team as the new wide receiver after playing the past two years for the Arizona Rattlers, where he led the team to consecutive Arena Bowl Championships the last two seasons.

NINTENDO'S SYMPHONY CONCERT SERIES VISITS THE VENETIAN®

Nintendo's “The Legend of Zelda” symphony concert series will come to Las Vegas on its latest tour “Master Quest.” The show, which celebrates the 28-year-old video game franchise, will make a world tour stop on June 10 at The Venetian Theatre. The Las Vegas Philharmonic will perform orchestral arrangements of music from the games of “The Legend of Zelda” universe, accompanied by video content from the games themselves. The Las Vegas concert will be taped for a national music special to air at a later date on Public Television and AXS TV. Tickets start at $50.

JUICENV WILL OPEN SECOND LAS VEGAS LOCATION AT TOWN SQUARE

Las Vegas-based premium raw and organic juice company, JuiceNV that debuted last July 2014 is bringing its brand of cold-pressed juices and healthy raw foods to Town Square this spring. NASCAR WEEKEND STARTS WITH HAULER PARADE ON THE STRIP

The Hauler Parade on Thursday, March 5 at 6 p.m. with approximately 50 colorful jumbo vehicles will signal the start of NASCAR Weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The parade route will stretch for nearly five miles beginning at the historic Welcome to Las Vegas sign and ending at Sahara Avenue, where the haulers will jump onto Interstate 15 for the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Medal of Honor recipient Sgt. Dakota Meyer is headed to Las Vegas to race the Mint 400 on March 14 with the Roberts Racing Team that will field three vehicles. Dakota who earned his medal during the battle of Ganjgal in Afghanistan will be piloting the Roberts Racing #1588 Class One Car.

Actor Patrick Dempsey who stars on the television hit, “Grey's Anatomy,” and is also a respected road racer, will return to The Mint 400, after previously racing and winning his class in the 2013. Dax Shepard, who starred as Crosby Braverman in the television show, “Parenthood,” competed in the “American LeMans Super Trofeo Series” earlier this year and looks forward to competing.

South Point will host the Mint 400 vehicles and racers during the official MINT 400 Vehicle Parade starting from the front of the property on Wednesday, March 11 at 3:15 p.m. Fans have the opportunity to see Mint 400 racers parade down the Las Vegas Strip to Fremont Street East.

LAS VEGAS BULL HOSTS MARCH MECHANICAL BULL RIDING COMPETITION

Las Vegas Bull (formerly Stoney's) at Town Square will celebrate March with its own special battle of the brackets, the March Badness Mechanical Bull Riding Competition. Every Saturday in March, men and women are invited to compete for weekly $100 cash prizes and the chance to participate in the Saturday, March 28 championship, where the last man and last woman to be bucked off the bull will walk away with $1,000 each.

PALMS POOL & DAYCLUB RETURNS WITH CABANAS AND DITCH FRIDAYS

Opening March 13, Palms Pool & Dayclub at the Palms will return with a new season of giving with “Cabanas for a Cause.” On select Mondays through Aug. 31, the Palms will honor nonprofit charities with the pool waiving cabana food and beverage minimums for guests in lieu of a minimum $100 donation to the featured charity of the week.

SOUTH POINT PROMOTES NASCAR AND BULL RIDING

Brendan Gaughan, driver of the South Point Chevy #62 for Richard Childress Racing, and fellow NASCAR drivers Austin Dillon, Ty Dillon, Brian Scott and Paul Menard will jump start NASCAR Week with a special autograph signing at South Point on Thursday, March 5 from 8 to 9 p.m. Signing is limited to the first 200 fans.

The South Point Arena and Equestrian Center in partnership with Boot Barn and Discount Tire will welcome back Championship Bull Riding (CBR) Tuff Hedeman Vegas Shoot Out on Saturday, March 7 at 8 p.m. As the leader in bull riding, CBR provides fans, stock contractors and world class riders the ultimate bull riding experience. Tickets start at $20.

HENDERSON SEEKS ENTRIES FOR HERITAGE PARADE

The annual Heritage Parade being held Saturday, April 18 at 10 a.m. in the Water Street District is seeking parade entries. The application fee is $50 per entry and $25 per non-profit applicant. School groups, community organizations, businesses, and individuals are encouraged to participate. Entries must reflect this year's theme, “The Good Old Days,” for a chance to win cash prizes for top three floats.

The procession is part of the city's Heritage Parade & Festival recognizing the official incorporation of Henderson as a city on April 16, 1953. DOWNTOWN HOSTS ST. PAT'S DAY FIREFIGHTER PARADE & CHALLENGE

On Tuesday, March 17, the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC) will host the annual Las Vegas Valley Firefighters St. Patrick's Day Parade and Fun Challenge.

At noon, a parade of uniformed firefighters and honor guards from across the nation along with festive fire department bagpipers and step dancers will gather at the Main Street Stage just outside the Golden Gate and make their way down the Fremont Street Experience to DLVEC, downtown's newest outdoor concert venue and events center. Las Vegas performer Frankie Scinta will kick off the festivities by singing the national anthem and the traditional Irish folk song “Oh Danny Boy.”

The Firefighter Fun Challenge is free to attend and will take place from 1-5 p.m. Attendees can enjoy beer, cocktails and food while they cheer on teams of the nation's bravest as they compete in a tricycle race, wheel barrel race, midnight equipment run, tug of war, hose bowling and garden hose efficiency contest. Trophies will be awarded and prize money will be donated to the winners' charities of choice.

At 6 p.m., the St. Paddy's Day celebration will continue when firefighters and bagpipers march down Fremont Street from the D to Commonwealth where they will compete for the coveted title of “Best Firefighter in a Kilt.”

GMO Free Las Vegas founded in 2013 will host a free movie night at Beauty Bar at Fremont East downtown on Sunday, March 8 presented by sponsor El Dorado Cantina, an upscale authentic organic and GMO-free Mexican restaurant. Free screenings of Jeremy Seifert's documentary, “GMO OMG” is at 7 p.m. and “Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret” at 9 p.m. in the outdoor courtyard.

ANNUAL WALK WITH ME SUPPORTS NEVADANS WITH DISABILITIES

The 7th Annual Walk With Me event presented by Easter Seals Nevada to benefit Nevada's 8,000 residents living with disabilities returns Saturday, April 4 to W. Wayne Bunker Family Park at 9 a.m. Celebrity spokesperson, grand marshal and Vegas entertainer Earl Turner will host and lead the two-mile walk. The finale of Walk With Me leads to an Easter Carnival extravaganza at 10 a.m. with games, egg hunts, pony rides, petting zoo, entertainment, prizes, concessions, face painting and the Easter Bunny.

The 20th anniversary Educational Taste of Excellence: Wine Tasting, Spirits & Jazz event will be held on Saturday, March 7 from 6-10 p.m. at the World Market Center, Building C.
